Groupenture Guides is specifically tailored to blog editors, online communities managers and individual travel, activity or cultural experts. Your knowledge is very valuable to Groupenture Members. The ability for our members to travel with you turns an ordinary trip into the adventure of a lifetime.

Here's how Groupenture Guides works:

  1. Apply to become a Groupenture Guide using our online application form.
  2. Select a Tour from our huge selection of tours at www.groupenture.com
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions below and check the box indicating your agreement.
  4. Submit your application to become A Groupenture Guide
  5. We will approve/deny your application within 24 hours.
  6. Once approved, please use your social network to help the group build to a minimum of 10 people.
  7. Group Up and Go...FOR FREE.

PROMOTING THE TOUR

We will be promoting your Tour on the home page of our site.

Please write a brief headline and 3 sentence summary describing why Groupenture Members should be interested in traveling with you. This is marketing so make it pop!

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Total Land Cost of your Tour is free. This does not include round trip airfare or any other expenses that are not included in the Land Tour Cost.
  2. You are not an agent of UForce or the Tour Operator whose trip you selected. The Tour Operator will provide guides who will coordinate all aspects of the trip. Your job is to provide your knowledge when appropriate.
  3. Once you list a Groupenture Guides Tour it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the group does not meet the minimum size on the final deposit date.
  4. We will place a hold on your credit card of $1,000 that will only be charged if you do not show up for the tour.
  5. You must begin and end the trip with your group. If you leave early your credit card will be charged for the entire cost of the trip.
  6. If you own a website or blog you agree to the following promotional activities prior to the trip:
    1. One article about the trip for your readers
    2. A promotional banner on the home page of your site for the entire listing period
    3. Host a Groupenture Briefing Video Conference using Groupenture Technology
  7. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your participation in the tour.
  8. You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to the tour including passports, visas and health documents.
  9. Groupenture is not responsible for any aspect of tour delivery. Problem resolution as well as any refund requests are solely between you and the tour operator.
  10. You affirm that all the information provided in this application is true.
